MINO is looking for a Production Assistant to help run our Homebase in the heart of Antwerp. This is the physical heart of our organization; a space for exhibitions, community events, workshops, and our shop. You’ll work closely with our operational lead to make sure the space feels like home and every event runs smoothly.

What you’ll do

  • Productional support: You take charge of the practical side of our events and exhibitions, from setting up materials and technical gear to coordinating volunteers and keeping the planning on track.
  • Space caretaker & host: You ensure the Homebase is always organized, stocked, and ready for use, acting as a warm host who makes sure our team and visitors feel right at home.

Your profile

  • You are intrinsically motivated by our mission and love to be a part in building MINO.
  • You have a warm personality and fresh ideas on how to make our space a welcoming home for everyone we work with — and you’re not afraid to take the lead in making those ideas happen.
  • You are structured, love the physical side of work, and are a true fixer who doesn’t just start things but makes sure they get finished.
  • You are the reliable engine behind the scenes. You’re comfortable working on your own while staying in close sync with the team.
