AGENCY

Over the past four years, we’ve had the chance to work closely with institutions like KMSKA, Rubenshuis, VRT, FOMU, Flanders DC, House of European History and recently M HKA.

What connects all of this work is a shared question: how can cultural spaces become more open, more inclusive, and more in tune with the world around them?

We approach that question from multiple angles. Together with organizations, we co-create exhibitions and public programs with communities that are often left out of the conversation, building meaningful, long-term relationships instead of one-off initiatives. At the same time, we support the people behind the scenes: guides, hosts, and front-of-house teams. Through hands-on training, we help them navigate complex conversations, work with different perspectives, and create spaces where people feel welcome and seen.

But our work doesn’t stop at the surface.

We look at the system underneath: the structures, habits, and assumptions that shape how organizations operate. Where are the blind spots? What keeps things stuck? And what needs to be unlearned to move forward? From there, we help identify bottlenecks, rethink existing models, and explore new, more regenerative ways of working.

Our approach is both caring and critical. We create space for reflection, but we’re not afraid to ask the harder questions. Because real change doesn’t happen through quick fixes — it takes depth, attention, and a willingness to look below the surface.
