MINO Friday Night – ARNETIA ABBIGAIL X MINO

For our third MINO Friday Night, we welcome artist and interior designer Arnetia Abbigail. Step into her vibrant and intuitive world for an intimate evening where abstract forms, conversation and atmosphere slowly blur into one another. Expect an artist talk, music, drinks and familiar faces throughout the night.

Arnetia Abbigail’s work grows from a deeply personal and intuitive inner world, where bold colours, layered textures and abstract forms come together in compositions that feel both energetic and grounded. Influenced by her Surinamese roots, her work subtly carries traces of culture, spirituality and memory. Butterflies reappear throughout her practice as quiet symbols of transformation and connection.

During this evening, Malikka Bouaissa, Homebase Programma Coördinator, will be in conversation with Arnetia about her artistic journey, the role of intuition within her practice, and how her work moves between art, space and human experience.

Her exhibition will remain on view at MINO until 28 June, with selected works also available through the MINO Shop.
