Finance & Admin Support

We’re looking for a Finance & Admin Support to help keep MINO running with care and clarity. In this role, you’ll be the essential link in our daily financial and administrative flow — bringing structure, precision, and continuity to everything we do. If you have a solid foundation in financial processes and enjoy seeing systems work as they should, we’d love to meet you.
Financial administration & control:
You own the daily financial flow for both our art space (non profit) and our agency.
- You manage all incoming and outgoing invoices.
- You ensure a tight monthly closing and prepare everything for our accountant (VAT, quarterly filings, etc.).
- You monitor project budgets.
General administration & contracting
You’re not just filing paperwork; you’re the one guarding the professional side of our creative partnerships, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- You draft and manage a wide variety of contracts – from our team of freelancers and volunteers to specific agreements for MINO Shop makers, agency clients, and artists.
- You own the administrative follow-up for our location rentals, managing everything from the initial booking and contract signing to the final invoicing.
- You are responsible for the full invoicing process. Whether it’s an agency project or a shop commission, you ensure every invoice is sent, tracked, and settled.
Shop, Sales & Art mediation
You manage the “back-end” of our physical location and creative output.
- You oversee the administration of our shop and ticketing systems, including stock monitoring and sales reports.
- You handle the administrative and financial follow-up for art mediation.

- Financially grounded: You have a solid foundation in financial administration. Handling invoices, budgets, and reporting flows feels like second nature to you, and you’re comfortable using Excel and digital tools.
- Detail-driven & reliable: You find satisfaction in things that are correct and complete. You take pride in your work, ensuring that numbers add up and deadlines — like monthly closings and VAT — are handled smoothly and on time.
- Structured & process-minded: You love a system that works. You bring clarity to our administration and keep an overview, even when things get busy at the space.
- Clear Communicator: You’re a professional and friendly point of contact for our team and external partners. You follow up, keep people in the loop, and make sure nothing gets forgotten. Dutch speaking is required.
- Proactive & Hands-on: You don’t wait for a manual. When you see something missing or unclear, you ask the right questions and move things forward.
