SUMMARY:Create Your Own Mini Zine - Scrapbook\, with Bani Marynissen
DESCRIPTION:Forget the "undo" button and the sterile glow of a screen. This workshop is an invitation to get your hands dirty and rediscover the tactile joy of creation. We’re stripping design back to its core: cutting\, tearing\, pasting\, and experimenting to build a personal mini-zine with a raw\, scrapbook-inspired soul. \nBring your "clutter" with you; travel receipts\, favorite stickers\, old photos\, unique packaging\, or small fragments of memories. We’ll use layering and collage to transform these fragments into a cohesive\, textured publication. You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind\, handmade zine that feels authentic\, gritty\, and entirely yours. \nBani Mary is a graphic designer who believes the best ideas start off-screen. Her work is a celebration of analog techniques and publication design\, driven by a process of constant experimentation. By cutting\, tearing\, and testing by hand\, she captures a sense of personality and texture that digital tools simply can’t replicate. Only after the physical work is done does she translate it into a digital layout\, carefully preserving the character and beautiful imperfections of the original. For Bani\, the "failed" experiment is often the most exciting part of the journey.

SUMMARY:Grow Your Own: Micro-Garden Sessions
DESCRIPTION:Turn your tiny balcony or windowsill into an edible sanctuary. You don’t need a backyard to become a grower—you just need the right system. These sessions are designed specifically for city dwellers who want to swap grey concrete for vibrant greens\, even on the smallest of scales. \nWhat’s in it for you?Leave the theory behind and get your hands in the soil. By the end of this session\, you will have the confidence and the kit to:* Maximize tiny spaces: Learn how to grow crunchy salads\, fragrant herbs\, and juicy tomatoes in pots and trays.* Master the basics: Go from seed to sprout using simple covered systems that fit on any ledge.* Grow with ease: Discover low-maintenance hacks that work with nature’s rhythm\, not against it. \nWe use the MINO garden as our collective lab; a place to test\, make mistakes\, and see what thrives. You’ll walk away not just with new skills\, but with the start of your very own micro-garden to take home. \nNadista Barron is a grower who believes everyone deserves a green view. Raised with a deep love for the land and formally trained in agriculture\, she has spent years transforming spaces across the Netherlands and Belgium—from cramped balconies to sprawling community plots. Nadista specializes in making gardening accessible and collective\, proving that you don’t need a farm to harvest your own food.
